Founder shares of Samata Domestic Microfinance converted to public

Kathmandu. The founder shares of Samata Domestic Microfinance Institution have been converted into common shares. 352,729.45 units of the company’s founder shares have been converted into common shares.

Now the company’s share structure has been established as 63.87 percent of the founders and 36.13 percent of the common people.
