Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has fined former King Gyanendra Shah 793,000. The metropolis has sent a letter to Gyanendra Shah, saying that garbage, damage to plants, vandalism of the metropolis’ property, and use of fire engines and damage to it were caused during an event organized by royalists in the Tinkune area on Chaitra 15. The metropolis has sent a letter of fine of 793,000 to Shah’s private residence, Nirmal Niwas. The letter has been signed by Dinesh Kumar Aryal, Superintendent of Municipal Police.
