Kathmandu. Insurance Authority Chairman Surya Silwal has been cleared in the corruption case. The Kathmandu Special Court cleared Silwal on Sunday.
He was suspended from the position of Chairman of the Insurance Authority after the case was registered in the court. Even if he is cleared, he will not be allowed to return to the Insurance Authority. The government has already given the responsibility of Chairman of the Insurance Authority to 33-year-old Sharad Ojha last week.
