Kathmandu. It has warned of floods for the people living on the banks of bhotekoshi and sunkoshi rivers flowing through friendly country Chi. Issuing a notice, The Nepal Police has urged the people living in the area to take high precautions.
According to the notice, “We have received information from the Chinese police office that there is a possibility of excessive rainfall in the Tibet region flowing through the Bhotekoshi River of neighboring China from July 17-21, 2025 to July 1, 2082( June 17-21, 2025), so there may be a risk in the area around Bhotekoshi and Sunkoshi rivers (Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, Bahrabise Municipality, Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, Sunkoshi Rural Municipality, Balefi Rural Municipality and Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality). You are requested to be careful. ’
