Kathmandu. The first meeting of the High-Level Good Governance Commission chaired by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli concluded today.
The meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar, held an introductory discussion on the objectives of the formation of the commission, determining the scope of work and priority agenda.
The second plenary meeting of the Commission is scheduled to be held next week by nominating representatives of political parties, experts and the private sector.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on May 28 had formed the 15-member commission under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Oli.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Chaurasia, Minister for General Administration and Federal Affairs Raj Kumar Gupta, among others, were present in the commission.
