Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has granted permission to Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited to issue 100 percent right shares. The company has been granted permission to issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:1, i.e. 100% of the paid-up capital of Rs 1.542 billion, i.e. 1:1.
In addition, the company has decided to issue 1 crore 542 thousand 604 units of rights shares at the rate of Rs 100 per unit.
