Dordi Khola Hydropower reopens applications for rights shares

Kathmandu. Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has extended the right share issuance and sale opening period. The company has re-opened applications for the right share issued from Chaitra 19 to Baisakh 8.

The company had issued 100 percent of the current paid-up capital, i.e. 1:1 ratio, 100,000,000 units of right share worth 1 billion 542,600,400 rupees at a face value of Rs 100 per share.

The company has stated that now applications can be submitted for the company’s right share from Baisakh 12, i.e. from today to Sunday, Baisakh 14. The company’s share issuance and sale manager is Sanima Capital Limited.
