Kathmandu. Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called a general meeting on Falgun 10. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Magh 12, the sixth annual general meeting has been called at Dhaulagiri Community Resource Development Center, Upallachaur, Baglung from 11 am.
The financial statements of the last fiscal year (FY) will be presented for approval in the meeting.
The meeting will appoint an auditor and determine his remuneration for the current fiscal year.
The meeting will do all the necessary work for merger with other microfinance institutions. The meeting will propose to authorize the board of directors to amend the memorandum of association and articles of association and approve the appointment of independent directors.
Also, the company has decided to close its books on Magh 21 for the purpose of the general meeting. Accordingly, shareholders who are in the company until Magh 20 on the basis of the book close will be able to participate in the meeting.
