Deepak Thapa appointed as 31st Inspector General of Police

Kathmandu. Deepak Thapa has been appointed as the 31st Inspector General of Nepal Police. The Cabinet meeting held on Monday gave Thapa the responsibility of Inspector General.

Thapa has become the new Inspector General after the previous Inspector General Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, 58, retired due to illness.
