Crest Micro Life Insurance shares listed on NEPSE

Kathmandu. Crest Micro Life Insurance shares have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). 75 lakh units of the company’s ordinary shares have been listed on the NEPSE.

A total of 75 lakh units, consisting of 2.25 million units issued by the company to the general public and 5.25 million units invested by the founding shareholders, have been listed on the NEPSE today.

The company’s shares will be traded on the secondary market from the second trading day after the securities listing agreement is completed. Accordingly, after the trading in the special pre-open session tomorrow, i.e. Thursday, trading will take place in the regular market.

For the first trading, Nepse has provided the company with an opening range of Rs 100 86 paisa to Rs 302 58 paisa. The company has stated that the company’s share trading will open in the special pre-open session tomorrow based on the same range.
