Kathmandu. CPN(UML) lawmaker Bhim Prasad Acharya has said laws should be made on a fast track. He said this while speaking at a meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee on Friday.

He opined that the bills promised to bring the bill in the parliament should be passed from the current session itself. He demanded that the bills which could not be passed and are important should be brought through an ordinance, saying that the country could not and could not be restricted in a lawless manner for years.

He said, “It is a person who wants to make laws all on a fast track. Even while speaking in parliament, I have said that whatever bills we have said we will bring, it is the policy program, the budget, elsewhere we should pass it in this session. In some ways, if it is not passed in this session and if it is important, then the work should be carried forward by bringing it from the study. For years, the country cannot be restricted in a lawless manner. ’

Lawmaker Acharya said that the law should be made completely good and it should not be taken without discussion in the name of speedy process.
