After the construction of the bridges, the citizens of Ishma, Dhurkot, Madane, Malika and others have received relief. Especially during the rainy season, there used to be a lot of problems in transportation due to the high water flow. It used to be difficult for students to go to school and reach their destinations on time, but now it has become easier.

For years, citizens had to suffer because of the lack of construction of bridges at four places on the Tamghas-Simaltari road, vehicles were stuck, overturned, and unable to move. Leaders and leadership had also faced a lot of criticism for not building bridges on time.

Now, four concrete bridges have been built at once. Due to this, it has become easier for the citizens of Pyuthan as well as the five local levels of Gulmi West. ‘There was a lot of risk when the bridge was not built, and the citizens had to suffer a lot,’ said Baburam Panthi, a teacher at Palukha Secondary School in ISMA Rural Municipality-2, ‘Now it has become much easier.’

After the twenty-eight-kilometer Tamghas-Simaltari road was blacktopped, the travel time for locals of ISMA, Malika, Dhurkot, and Madane, as well as Pyuthan, has decreased. The road has also initiated many commercial activities.

The number of hotels and various businesses is increasing, not only considering the current condition of the road but also considering the future. Krishna Ghimire, a leading farmer of ISMA Rural Municipality-6, said that work on hotels, garages, fancy shops, dairy farms, and commercial vegetable and livestock farming is underway in places including Chaldi Panaha, Jharana, Hulake, Dhanarji, Chaurasi, Rangdal, Phulbari, and Simaltari.
