Kathmandu. The Office of the Registrar of Companies has fully implemented the Company Administration Management Information System effective from today. The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies issued a press release today informing about the matter.
With this, the work related to company establishment, operation and administration will be facilitated, the ministry said in a press release. It is stated that by using this system, all the processes from company registration to dissolution can be completed without physically being present at the office and applications can be submitted to the office through this system, the applications received will be automatically assigned to the desk of the concerned employee from the system, and name approval and company registration applications will be finalized from a single level.
In this system, there is a provision that the company can obtain the relevant details by linking it with the National Identity Card System for personal details including citizenship, the Integrated Tax System for obtaining the taxpayer’s permanent account number, and the Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute for auditor details. It is stated that it will be linked with other government systems to facilitate easy receipt and verification of information.
‘Using this system, you can perform your company administration-related tasks through the ‘online’ system. “All stakeholders are requested to provide feedback for solving problems encountered while operating the system and improving the system,” the statement said.
