Kathmandu. The government has said that it will make clear policy provisions for carbon trading. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel held a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament today. Presenting the budget of 83, he said that necessary arrangements would be made for carbon trading in the international market.
Likewise, he said necessary arrangements would be made for the conservation of the melting mountains and drying glaciers. Deputy Prime Minister Poudel said necessary facilitation would be made in the construction of the project on the land of the conservation area.
Kathmandu: The government has said that it will undertake various programmes in the coming fiscal year to reduce human-wildlife conflict by managing wildlife that harms agriculture and coexistence. The government has allocated Rs 18.61 billion for the Ministry of Forest and Environment in the next fiscal year.
