Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited and The Mall Hotel, Lekhnath Marg, Kathmandu, have signed a special discount agreement for Citizens Bank customers. As per the agreement, Citizens Bank cardholders, privilege cardholders and mobile banking customers will get an attractive 15 percent discount at The Mall Hotel.
The bank is confident that this type of collaboration will benefit the bank’s customers and encourage them to move from cash transactions to digital transactions. The bank has been introducing customer-friendly features from time to time to increase the use of digital banking channels and encourage customers to make payments through digital means.
The bank has stated that detailed details regarding the discounts available for digital transactions can be obtained on the Citizens Bank website.
The bank, which has been successful in winning the world’s prestigious award ‘Bank of the Year 2024’, has recently launched the ‘Citizens PhonePay Credit Card’ (Virtual Credit Card) for the first time in Nepal in collaboration with PhonePay. It has also introduced the facility of availing share application and CRN number service through the mobile banking app for the first time in Nepal.
