Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance has made public its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
The company has earned a profit of Rs 357.6 million in the third quarter. The company had earned a profit of Rs 281.3 million in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
The company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 5.82 billion in the third quarter. The company had earned a total insurance premium of Rs 4.24 billion 3.7 million by the same period of the previous fiscal year.
The company has earned a net insurance premium of Rs 4.81 billion 6.2 million by the review period, while the company’s life insurance fund is Rs 18.2 billion.
The company, which has a share capital of Rs 5 billion, has deposited Rs 449.6 million in share premium till the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The disaster fund has Rs 211.12 crore, retained earnings Rs 984.5 crore and other equity Rs 700 crore.
Similarly, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) is Rs 9.54, PE ratio is 52.16 and net worth per share is Rs 146.91.
