Citizen Investment Fund signs share guarantee agreement with Himalayan Bank

Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The Citizen Investment Fund (CIF) is going to guarantee additional public offering (FPO) of Himalayan Bank Limited.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Parbat Kumar Karki, Executive Director of the Fund and Mr. Ashok Shamsher Rana, CHIEF Executive Officer of the Bank.

With the agreement, the fund will guarantee 9,250,469 units of FPO shares to be issued by the bank. The agreement will last for a period of three months from the date of signing of the agreement.
