Kathmandu. Chief Secretary Ek Narayan Aryal has monitored the Department of Foreign Employment, Department of Passport and Department of Industry. On Tuesday, Chief Secretary Aryal inspected the Department of Foreign Employment, Department of Passport and Department of Industry.
Chief Secretary Aryal reached the agencies and enquired about the service delivery. Talking to media persons after the inspection, Chief Secretary Aryal said that he had come to know that the service seekers were still facing difficulties in getting the service during the monitoring and there was a lot to improve. According to Aryal, the government is going to integrate all our systems of immigration, foreign employment, passport and Nepal Police.
Chief Secretary Aryal said that lack of coordination among the three-tier mechanism has caused difficulties in the delivery of some services and the citizens are suffering. According to him, there is a need for coordination among the three levels of government.
Instructions have been issued by telephone to resolve some of the problems seen during Tuesday’s monitoring, he said. According to him, the work to be done next year to improve the system will also be taken forward.
