The municipality has ended the problem of having to nurse the disease and go from Bhaktapur to Kathmandu hospitals to get thyroid tests and medicines.
After the Kageshwori Manohara Municipality of Kathmandu handed over a Clia analyzer machine and reagent machine worth one million to Changunarayan Municipality under the health equipment transfer program, Changunarayan Municipal Hospital expanded this service. .

Kageshwori Mayor Karki expressed happiness that his municipality was able to transfer technology to expand quality services to Changunarayan residents, saying that this would strengthen and strengthen inter-municipal relations between local governments.
In the program, Changunarayan Mayor Khatri said that the support of Kageshwori Manohara’s machine to make the municipal hospital more technology-friendly has made it easier to immediately expand services. The residents of the city said that they do not have to travel far to get such services.
