Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been told that the capital expenditure in the first six months of the current fiscal year has increased by 15 percent. Speaking at the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, he said this.

He said that now we should make it a habit to question and compare the figures. He admitted that the capital expenditure has decreased and replied to former Finance Minister Barshaman Pun that it is higher than when he was the Finance Minister. He said that he has been working seriously to improve the economy since coming to power. He said that he would not be able to harvest rice after not sowing it in Ashar.
