Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that Nepal has now moved forward in terms of development and infrastructure.
Speaking virtually today at the foundation stone laying ceremony and address to the meeting for the upgrading of the Butwal-Gorusinghe road section, Prime Minister Oli said that the government will accelerate the construction of expressways, administrative and hospital buildings and other development works.
He announced that the Butwal-Gorusinghe road section would be expanded within the next three years. Stating that the successful breakthrough of the Siddha Baba Tunnel today is an achievement, he stressed that we must develop the country ourselves with high determination and courage, and clarified that we will also seek the support of foreign partners in this.
Prime Minister Oli urged everyone to ignore the parties trying to spread division and confusion in the name of religion, caste and many other names and move forward on the path of building the country by uniting.
