Kathmandu. Nepal’s only online ticketing platform for public buses, Bussewa, has announced a New Year offer. The company has announced various offers on the occasion of the New Year 2082 BS.
Bussewa’s New Year offer will be effective from today (24 Chaitra) to 6 Baisakh. During this period, passengers who book bus tickets through Bussewa can participate in this scheme. As a bumper gift of the offer, one lucky winner will receive a cash gift of Rs 82,000.
Similarly, Bussewa has stated that 4 winners can win Rs 8,200 in cash. Similarly, 82 people who book tickets during the offer period will receive free tickets, while a cashback offer of up to Rs 500 has been made on every ticket booking. This means that for every ticket purchased, a maximum of Rs. 500 will be instantly credited back to the passenger’s wallet.
The cash gift and free ticket scheme will only include one ticket purchased from one account. The company has stated that to participate in this offer, tickets should be purchased through the Bussewa mobile app or website.
How to purchase a ticket?
After logging in to the mobile app ‘Bussewa’, passengers can select their destination, travel date and time and book bus seats for various destinations.
Or, tickets can also be purchased through the web portal at bussewa.com in any browser. Since the blue seat indicates that it is vacant, the ticket is booked after selecting the seat you want and paying online. The bus service also informs you that the ticket has been confirmed via SMS.
After that, you can save the ticket you receive and travel on the bus by showing it, or you can also show an SMS confirming that the ticket has been purchased.
