Budget of Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Rs 7.49 billion

Kathmandu. The government has allocated Rs 7.49 billion for the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel said this during the budget speech for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS.

According to him, conditional grant will be provided to complete the work of collecting details and distributing identity cards within the next fiscal year. He said that targeted programmes would be carried out in coordination with the federal, provincial and local levels to end absolute poverty.
