Barun Hydropower sets book closure date for right issue

Kathmandu. Barun Hydropower Company Limited has fixed the book closure date for the issue of right shares. The company has decided to close the book for one day on June 15.

According to the company, only shareholders who buy the shares till June 15 can apply for 100 percent right shares to be issued by the company.

The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 5,358,150 units of right shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share in the ratio of 1:1.
