Kathmandu. Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Devendra Dahal has stressed the need for all stakeholders to reduce the impact and impact of climate change. Addressing a workshop organized on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Diploma Engineers Association here today, he stressed on mitigating the impacts and impacts of climate change for disaster management.
“The use of plastic is harmful to human health, animals and the environment. Therefore, the use of plastic should be discouraged by developing an alternative to plastic,” he said, adding, “All local levels, state and federal governments should come up with environment protection programmes with the participation of citizens.” ’
Minister Dahal said that the Diploma Engineering Council would be formed soon and the process for the same has already begun. On the occasion, people who made outstanding contributions in the field of engineering were honoured. A workshop on climate change, plastic and global environment was organized on the occasion.
