Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between the Citizens Investment Fund and Purbanchal University, Gothgaun, Morang, to operate a contribution-based gratuity and pension fund. The agreement was signed by Vice Chancellor of Purbanchal University, Prof. Dr. Biju Kumar Thapaliya, and Parbat Kumar Karki on behalf of the fund.
On the occasion, Vice Chancellor Thapaliya expressed his happiness at being able to provide the gratuity operation and management fund to the fund, while the fund’s executive director, Karki, expressed his commitment to properly manage and operate the gratuity and provide fair returns to the participants.
Meanwhile, an agreement has been reached to guarantee shares worth Rs. 855 million, consisting of 8.55 million shares of Sanigad Hydro Limited, each of which is worth Rs. 100. The agreement was signed by the Fund’s Executive Director Karki and the Managing Director of Sanigad Rajesh Kumar Shrestha.
Along with this, the Fund has entered into an agreement to guarantee shares of Kalanga Hydro Limited worth 4.9 million shares, each of which is worth 100 rupees. The agreement was signed by the Fund’s Executive Director Karki and the Chairman of the Limited, Khageshwor Bohara.
