Jhapa. The district’s capital expenditure in the first nine months of the current fiscal year has been 37.5 percent. According to Surya Bahadur Bhandari, Chief Treasury Controller of the Treasury and Accounts Control Office, out of the Rs 10.7 billion allocated for capital expenditure for Jhapa, Rs 4.15 billion has been spent by the end of Chaitra.
‘Out of the Rs 16.14 billion allocated for current expenditure, Rs 11.19 billion has been spent,’ he said.
In total, the district has spent Rs 15.21 billion, 25.18 million. Revenue of Rs 15.22 billion, 7.36 billion, 911 has been collected by the end of Chaitra of the current fiscal year.
