Chitwan. Two people were injured when a gas bullet and a truck collided in the Tikauli forest under the East-West Highway. The injured are the truck’s co-driver, Prabin Praja, 24, of Rapti Municipality-2, and the gas bullet driver, Jagdev Yadaj, 45, of Bihar, India.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office, the gas bullet with Indian number plate NL-01 N 0133 coming towards Bharatpur and the truck with number BAP 03-001 Kha 3419 going from the opposite direction collided.
The co-driver, Praja, is undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College and Yadav at Purana Medical College. The truck driver has been taken into custody by the police.
