18th Governor of Rastra Bank Who is Bishwanath Poudel?

Kathmandu. 18th Governor of Rastra Bank Bishwanath Poudel has been appointed. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday. Poudel has been appointed governor.

After a long tussle, Rastra Bank has got the governor. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba have been at loggerheads over the appointment of the governor.

Prime Minister Deuba has threatened to topple the government if the Nepali Congress does not get a governor. Dr. Poudel became the vice-chairman of the National Planning Commission when Deuba was the prime minister.
