Pathao Parcel offer: Merchants return money and goods if they do not get goods on time

Kathmandu. Ride-sharing and logistics service provider Pathao Nepal has unveiled a new scheme under its delivery service ‘Pathao Parcel’. The campaign titled ‘Guarantee of Delivery’ will be conducted from July 19 to July 15.

According to the company, if any goods sent under this scheme are not delivered to the customer within the stipulated time, the merchant will get both the money and the goods back. However, this feature will not be applicable in case the customer does not come in contact, does not pick up the phone, or refuses to receive the order when Pathao tries to deliver on time.

The company has clarified that this guarantee will not be applicable even if there is delay in transportation due to external factors such as floods, landslides, traffic disruptions and strikes. According to the company, this offer will provide security to the merchant only if the delivery is not done on time due to pathao’s mistake.

Suraksha Hamal, Director of Pathao Nepal, said, “We are committed to making our service more responsible and reliable, through initiatives like ‘Guarantee of Delivery’, we will make the transaction of both businessmen and customers easier, safer and reliable. The company believes that this scheme will increase the confidence in delivery among businessmen and customers. With this service, businessmen will now be free from the worry of whether their goods will reach on time or not.

In addition, the company has introduced special offers targeting new merchants. During the campaign period, the newly registered merchants will get the facility of free delivery up to 100 orders sent within the first one week. Pathao Nepal is currently expanding its modern and reliable delivery network across Nepal. This campaign will establish Pathao as a more customer-centric and business-friendly delivery platform.
