Kailali. Sudurpaschim Province Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah has said that the budget presented by the state government for the upcoming fiscal year would not have been implemented if the budget was allocated in unnecessary places. He was speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of The Nepal Forest Technicians Association Sudurpaschim Province Working Committee held in Dhangadhi today.
Chief Minister Shah said, “If the budget has been allocated on the basis of vested interests in any program or plan included in the budget, then none of those schemes will be implemented. During the preparation of the budget, there have been various comments. I have to analyse what is right and wrong, and I have taken that very seriously. ’
Stressing the need for all to move ahead by establishing the methods, procedures and methods, he urged all to work with honesty. He pledged to always stand by the people as a leader and government.
