Kathmandu. With an aim to provide better service to the customers and further strengthen the after-sales service, MAW Growth is going to operate two state-of-the-art, electric vehicle-focused service centers at Balkumari and Basundhara.
These service centers, which will be strategically set up in key locations in the city, aim to provide more convenient, faster and specialist level of service to MAW’s customers.
According to the company, these facilities will be dedicated only to electric vehicles of The DePaul, Dongfeng and Ceres brands. The service center will have 25 specialized service bays that will have the ability to repair a large number of vehicles in an easy, subtle and efficient manner at once.
These new centres for expert care will be MAW’s second and third EV dedicated service workshops. With this expansion, the number of MAW enhancement EV service centers will increase to three. With a constant focus on after-sales service and customer trust, MAW Growth strives to further strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term service commitment through this.
These new service centers are expected to be fully operational within the next 3 to 5 months, setting a new benchmark in Nepal’s EV service sector.
