Ban on operation of big vehicles on Karnali Highway

Surkhet. The operation of heavy vehicles along the Karnali Highway has been suspended after a road collapsed at Gothibhir of Kalikot Tilagufa municipality-6. According to the District Police Office, Kalikot, the operation of large vehicles has been stopped as the road collapsed in the area this morning.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Tek Bahadur Rawal said, “We also urge people to take necessary precautions as there is a lot of risk while traveling on the highway due to incessant rain.” ’
