Kailali. Kamala Bista of Bardagoria Rural Municipality-2, Kumbhia, has presented an example among the villagers that one can become self-reliant through poultry farming. Ten years ago, she started commercial broiler poultry farming by taking a loan of Rs 20,000 from the Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative Society.
She said she has expanded her business by taking loans ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 200,000. At present, she has been earning a profit of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 every time by selling chicks six times a year. She said that she saves Rs 300,000 annually by deducting all expenses.
She said success would be achieved if she worked diligently. He advises the youth who want to go abroad to work at home. She also appreciated the cooperation of the cooperatives.
