Kathmandu. Swastik Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited is going to open the IPO issue and sale from July 15. Microfinance is going to issue an IPO for Nepalis in foreign employment.
The company had received permission to issue 231,000 units of IPO worth Rs 23.1 million, representing 40 per cent of the issued capital.
Out of this, 1,155 units of shares have been set aside for employees, 11,550 units for mutual funds and 23,100 units of shares worth Rs 2,310,000 with face value of Rs 100 per share will be issued for Nepalis working abroad after obtaining labour permit from the concerned agencies of the Government of Nepal.
Applications for the IPO can be submitted till July 30. Nepalis in foreign employment will have to apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 5,000 units. Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager of the microfinance company.
