Kathmandu. CpN (Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that there was a serious conspiracy while passing the Federal Civil Service Bill. Addressing the central office-bearers’ meeting of The Young Communist League Nepal (YCL) at Parisdanda today, Chairman Dahal said that the tendency of manipulation and manipulation in the bill could not be exempted.
“There has been a conspiracy to reverse the achievements of change. There has been a conspiracy in the Federal Civil Service Bill,” he said, adding, “We are working to investigate who misbehaved in this bill and take action against the tendency of manipulation and manipulation.” ’
Chairman Dahal pointed out that the trend of reversing the achievements achieved by the constitution and people’s blood and sweat has been seen in the past as well and now it is in danger of being repeated again. “When attempts were being made to reverse the status quo and regression, we protested by stopping the party’s campaign. That trend continues even now,” he said.
On the occasion, Chairman Dahal urged YCL Nepal to move ahead with full commitment to the party’s ideology, line and statute. He said that it was necessary to take the statute, ideas and line passed by the eighth general convention of the party to the people. Stating that the class struggle was becoming more complicated in the present situation, Chairman Dahal stressed the need to move towards strengthening the revolutionary stream in a united manner by protecting the ideology and leadership.
“The need of the hour is to protect and institutionalise the leadership and ideas unanimously elected by the general convention,” he said. Stating that the campaign of mid-hill highway would be completed after the rainy season, Chairman Dahal urged the YCL to actively participate in the campaign to build the organization to be started after that.
