Citizens Mutual Fund’s ‘Citizens Sadabar Yojana’ is now open for issuance

Kathmandu. Citizens Mutual Fund has issued units of Citizens Sadabar Yojana. The company has informed that the unit issuance of the scheme will be open from 13th of Saar to 17th of Ashad (banking hours).

The first open-ended scheme under Citizens Mutual Fund, with Citizens Bank International Limited as the fund promoter and Citizens Capital Limited as the scheme manager and depository, has received permission from the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal to operate the Citizens Sadabar Yojana, which can also be used for SIPs of up to 500 million.

If all the units are not sold by the said time, the units will be open for sale until 27th of Ashad, 082. Arrangements have been made to apply for the Citizens Sadabahar scheme through your Mero Share Account or from C-ASHWA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices.

There is a provision to apply for the purchase of a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 500,000 units to participate in this scheme. In addition, after the allocation of units issued in the first phase of this scheme, arrangements will be made to issue additional units through SIP as per the rules and approval of the regulatory bodies.

Among the other schemes operated under Citizens Mutual Fund, a 7-year closed-end scheme called Citizens Mutual Fund 1, which has 82 million units at a face value of Rs. 10 per unit, has matured.
