Kathmandu. Nepali Congress MP Chandrakant Bhandari has commented that it is useless to expect much from the current political leadership. MP Bhandari made this comment while participating in the discussion on the report of the School Education Bill Subcommittee in the meeting of the Education, Science and Information Technology Committee held on Thursday.
He accused the current political leadership of talking and giving speeches but running away from duty. He said that the current political leadership needs to be practical. He said, ‘I think it is useless to expect much from the current leadership. They write, speak, and give speeches but no one fulfills their duty. This is the current leadership and I am also one of them. Therefore, we have to be practical.’
He also complained that the marginalized classes are still not able to get free education and stressed the need to ensure their rights, and he also commented that education cannot be compared with money.
