Khanikhola Hydropower receives permission to issue rights shares

Kathmandu. The Nepal Securities Board has granted permission to Khani Khola Hydropower Company to issue 100 percent right shares.

The board has granted permission to the company to issue 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital.

The company will issue 4657,143 units of right shares worth 465,714,300 rupees. Citizens Capital is the sales manager of the company.
