Kathmandu. CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Madhav Sapkota has said that the biggest need of the country is the system. He said this while speaking at the closing ceremony of Sadgamaya Season-2 held in Lalitpur on Thursday.

There are various complications, problems and challenges in Singha Durbar from public transport to hospitals, he said, adding that there is a need for system in the country. He argued that although there was no need to be very disappointed when compared to the progress and progress made by foreign countries, there was no system.

He said that a citizen could not easily go to the hospital for treatment. Stating that it is wrong to assume that nothing has happened in Nepal, he said that if we look at the infrastructure construction to human development index of the last 10 years, it will make a difference.

Claiming that gradual developments are taking place, he said, “It is not that nothing has happened in Nepal. The new structure was inaugurated in the presence of the Prime Minister recently. It has infused new blood into our society. If we look at the overall infrastructure construction, human development index and everything else in 10 years, we find a difference. Gradually, development is improving gradually. But today’s problem is that it is not possible to board public transport. ‘

“There are other types of challenges, including its complexities, problems and challenges, if you go to the hospital. If we talk about Singha Durbar, there are other challenges, the biggest need is the system in our country. There is no need to be too disappointed when we compare ourselves with the progress and progress made by foreign countries. But we don’t have a system. We are not able to create a situation where a citizen can easily go to the hospital and take coupons and get treatment. This is where our weakness lies,” he said.

He said that there should be a debate on how to live in law and institutionalize the development of law.
