Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance Company has announced dividend. A meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 29 decided to give 10 percent bonus shares to the investors from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company will also pay 0.5263 percent cash dividend required for tax purposes. At present, the paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 2.10 billion.
The investors of the company will get 10 percent bonus shares after the approval of The Nepal Insurance Authority and the approval of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
