Kathmandu. Makri Gad Hydropower Limited has convened a special general meeting. As per the decision of the board of directors of the company held on June 15, a special general meeting has been convened at the registered office of the company on June 15.
The company will pass a proposal to issue the IPO in the meeting.
The meeting will pass a resolution to increase the authorized and issued capital and issue an IPO after that.
The meeting will also pass a resolution empowering the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments in the company’s management letter and regulations regarding the utilization of capital received after the IPO allotment and as per the requirement.
