Oil prices rise, Israel-Iran war could raise prices further

Kathmandu. The price of petroleum products has started to rise after Israel launched a fierce attack against Iran. With the arrival of Donald Trump as us president, the price of petroleum products, which started declining, has started increasing due to the war.

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of the company from India. According to the increased price, the price of petrol has now increased by Rs 1 to Rs 156.50 to Rs 160 depending on the location.

The price of kerosene and diesel has increased by Rs 2 to Rs 140.50 to Rs 145.

Israel has been carrying out attacks on Iran’s gas plants and petroleum refineries. Iran is the world’s fourth-largest producer of petroleum products. Iran also has the world’s largest gas industry.
