On the same occasion, Hard Rock Cafe Kathmandu, located at Durbarmarg in Kathmandu, also celebrated its 54th birthday.
Narayan Prasad Subedi, general manager of Hard Rock Cafe, informed that the launch of Choyla Burger has been started as per the Nepali taste. According to him, every cafe is launching its own burger according to the local taste of the city. Kathmandu’s Hard Rock Cafe also launched and showcased the choyla burger.
Chef Biplab Maharjan of Choyla Burger Cafe has done this. A similar burger was launched on last year’s birthday. Subedi said, “We are contributing not only to food but also to nepal’s tourism sector. ’
Hard Rock Cafe also has a subnaire shop. Subedi informed that t-shirts, mugs and glasses will be available at the Subneer of Hard Rock Cafe in Kathmandu. There is also a subvenir shop in Patan. There is also a plan to open a new subinier shop in Thamel, he added.
Hard Rock Cafe Pokhara is also going to be launched in Pokhara. Subedi said that there is a musical program in Bikind. Similarly, food service is being provided at the cafe as per international standards, he added. Subedi said that there is a huge rush of service seekers on Friday and Saturday.
