Kathmandu. Kathmandu: CpN (Unified Socialist) Chairman and parliamentary party leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has been suspended from the post of lawmaker in the House of Representatives meeting.
Speaker Devraj Ghimire read out the suspension notice in the meeting on Friday.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case with the Special Court accusing Patanjali Yogpeeth and Ayurveda Company Nepal of misappropriating government public property and misappropriating government public property by allowing it to buy and sell land in Nasikasthan Sanga Mahendrajyoti of Kavrepalanchowk district. Chairman Nepal has been elected from Rautahat district on behalf of CPN (Unified Socialist).
