Kathmandu. Three parliamentary sub-committees have been formed to study the possibility of sending Nepali domestic workers for foreign employment in the uae, the country where the bilateral labour agreement has been signed.

A meeting of the Industry and Commerce and Labour and Consumer Welfare Committee under the House of Representatives held at Singha Durbar on Friday formed three parliamentary sub-committees.

Committee President Abdul Khan said that the coordinator of the sub-committee has been formed in the first meeting of the sub-committee. According to him, the committee is also going to give the opinion of the parties to take decisions regarding domestic workers.

Khan said, “It has been decided that the views of the parties should also be taken to take decisions regarding domestic workers. Three sub-parliamentary committees have been formed with regard to domestic workers. A written decision will come today. The coordinator of the sub-committee will meet and decide. ’

A meeting of the committee held on Friday discussed the possibility of sending Nepali domestic workers for foreign employment in the UAE, the country where the bilateral labour agreement has been signed.
