Bhojpur. Bhojpur: The construction of a pucca building at Paluwa Primary School in Bhojpur Municipality-6 has made it easier to operate the school. The construction of a pucca building has made it easier for the school to operate from the building which was damaged by the earthquake.
According to the school, the concrete building has been constructed at a cost of Rs 5.3 million received from the federal government. With the construction of the building, emphasis has been laid on technology-friendly teaching with the aim of making the learning achievement of children effective. School principal GangaDevi Pradhan said that emphasis has been laid on technology-friendly teaching to young children to make learning technology-friendly along with life-saving. Children are being taught through audio and visual medium using four smart boards and smart TVs, projectors and computers. Principal Pradhan said that five computers have been installed and computer knowledge is being provided to the children along with technology.
“We have laid emphasis on technology-friendly teaching in schools,” he said, adding, “It is easy to improve the quality as children study with interest while teaching using technology.” According to him, children take practical computer skills two days a week at other times along with the time of science classes. Shailendra Karki, ward chair of Bhojpur-6, said that the ward has been providing necessary support for technology-friendly teaching along with the physical improvement of the schools within the ward.
Ward Chair Karki said that he has been successful in constructing a pucca building in the school on his initiative. Ward Chair Karki claimed that this is the first community school in the municipality to be taught from a pucca building. “We have laid emphasis on the development of physical infrastructure along with education of this school,” said Ward Chair Karki. We have been successful in constructing pucca buildings on our initiative. We have been able to build a school with good infrastructure of primary school in Bhojpur Municipality. ’
According to him, a pucca school building has been constructed here at a cost of Rs 5.3 million received from the federal government. Along with the construction of the building, the ward has provided two smart boards, smart TVs and three laps, five computers and a projector to the school with an allocation of Rs 1 million, said Ward Chair Karki.
