Rural Development and Society Microfinance get in-principle agreement with Rastra Bank

Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has agreed in principle to the merger process between Rural Development Microfinance and Samaj Laghubitta Financial Institutions.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has given in-principle consent to the merger process of the two microfinance companies as per the letter no. 15 dated June 15.

A preliminary merger agreement was signed between Samaj Laghubitta and Rural Development Microfinance in February last year.
