‘Lumbini Dream Garden Guesthouse and Restaurant’ opens in Dubai’s heritage

Dubai. Lumbini Dream Garden Guesthouse and Restaurant (LLC) has been reopened in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the new concept, the first guest house of Nepal was in operation for the last eight years. The restaurant was closed for three months.

Rajendra Guragain, a young entrepreneur who has been living in Dubai for more than two decades, has brought the restaurant into operation. Guragain said that the LLC has been brought into operation in Bardubai, which has a large number of Nepalis, not only to serve Nepali dishes but also to give a glimpse of Nepaliness.

The restaurant, which has been in operation since March 23, 2018, was closed for three months by the Dubai government and The Dubai Municipality for internal work. According to him, on June 4, 2025, the Dubai government, the municipality and the Dubai court have duly granted permission in the name of Nepalis. Guragain said that the new management has been brought back into operation with new decorations.

Dubai: The Dubai government’s heritage list building in Bardubai, which is dominated by the Nepali community, has come into operation. Guragain, the owner of the restaurant, said that new Nepali dishes can be tasted in the restaurant. He said that the restaurant has been opened to all customers and customers.
