Kathmandu. Public transport across the country has resumed with the withdrawal of the movement of transport entrepreneurs.
Transport entrepreneurs had blocked public transport across the country in protest against the ride-sharing regulations since May 15. However, after the agreement with the government, the transport service resumed after withdrawing the agitation.
The gandaki state has supported the agreement reached between the Federation of Transport Entrepreneurs and the government on Tuesday. The Gandaki state government has decided to suspend the ride-sharing regulations for a month.
With this, short and long-distance vehicles have come into operation in and outside the Kathmandu Valley. The number of passengers has increased in the new bus park and other places.
